About unions between transsexual people, that is a legit right and should be guarantee in all the legislations around the world. It is only necessary that the law recognize the identity of each one; this is an issue very important for Tran’s movement, national and international. If this could be recognized any body could be married with whatever they want. This is new topic to discussion so we invite you to write something about it and send to us to publish it. We think is very important to approach transsexuality from academic especially when is made by a Trans academic, because you could contribute to give new ways of thinking and comprehension of selfconstruction and identities in order to conquer social recognition.

About surgeries, we had mad a very detail article explain procedures of sex change, I recommend you to read it here and considerer good points and bad points before take a decision. The cost will depend on your economical possibilities. Now there are many countries with skilled doctors in these treatments, and there is some where they are part of health public services.
