This number is dedicated to Tran’s issues. The first article talk about cases that where win about pension and for no discrimination against Trans people. There is no way we had development a lot in legal field, but there is still a lot to do. For example, it is necessary to make clear the concept of gender reassign in order to include most of the Trans identities. It is also necessary that Trans issue should be include in norms of equality that until now don’t mentioned it and that create an empty field. There is also a remembering of Gisberta’s murder, a terrible and brutal assassination that still hard. It make indignation that guilty people where punishment with very short years of jail. Those where under age had to be in a young reclusion and the eldest only stay in home eight months. This is terrible consider they hit, torture and abandon the body of Gisberta still alive. Nobody ask why those kids make such a terrible action and the case where closed. There is still something necessary that Portugal assume its responsibility with Tran’s population and stop violence against them.
